This work helps HR operations run accurately while supporting employees and company initiatives.

What you'll do

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• support pre-employment screening, onboarding, and orientation
• respond to routine employee questions and escalate as appropriate
• administer and maintain the learning management system
• support training and development
• coordinate equipment and system access
• maintain performance documentation
• assist with timekeeping and payroll records
• maintain confidential employee files
• support verifications, garnishments, recruitment, inclusion, engagement, recognition, investigations, audits, and HR projects.
