The lead is responsible for the site’s people, schedule, facility, safety, and coordination between technical and operational teams and customers. The role builds the operating systems and team needed to scale the site while managing readiness, risks, customer visits, and contract execution.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day site operations and performance
• build operating cadence, processes, and team
• coordinate shot campaign schedules
• manage staffing, budget, vendors, contractors, maintenance, and facility needs
• resolve operational problems
• serve as primary contact for customers, visits, audits, and inspections
• support federal contract execution
• manage safety, schedule, budget, and staffing risks
• establish systems for maintenance, safety, shift handoffs, visitors, and site readiness.
