Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Base salary is $125,000–$150,000 per year, with possible additional bonus compensation. The role helps shape and deliver creative campaigns for the Stand Together brand and its partners. It combines concept development, storytelling, copywriting, and creative guidance to translate complex ideas into audience-resonant work across platforms.

What you'll do

• Support the Creative Director as a hands-on project leader and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
• Partner with art directors, designers, and video producers on concepts and executions.
• Guide campaigns and partnerships across digital, social, video, print, and events.
• Mentor junior and mid-level creatives, write on-brand copy, translate complex ideas into clear messages, lead brainstorming, pitch concepts, and present ideas to internal teams and clients.
