What you'll do

• Manage customer and insurance receivables through payment and cash application
• submit invoices and confirm receipt
• follow up on open accounts
• contact customers and insurers to resolve balances
• collect deductibles and other customer balances
• investigate short payments and delays
• escalate disputes and high-risk issues
• maintain account notes and track balances
• coordinate with internal teams and third-party collection partners.
