What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff and contractors
• assign work and ensure work orders and turnovers are completed on time
• conduct inspections and maintain building systems and grounds
• perform or delegate repairs
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records
• manage maintenance inventory
• oversee facility security and key control
• prepare vacant units for re-rental
• provide emergency and backup mechanic coverage as assigned.
