Facility Manager

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Roselle, IL. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The manager supports Lucky Strike Entertainment’s bowling and entertainment center operations, helping keep the guest experience running safely and reliably. The role exists to maintain facility and equipment performance, prevent downtime, and resolve operational issues. It contributes to uninterrupted guest service by leading maintenance staff, overseeing preventive maintenance and repairs, and managing vendors, contractors, inventory, and budgets.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• schedule preventive maintenance and system checks
• document maintenance work and monitor equipment
• troubleshoot and complete repairs
• manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and budgets
• train and develop maintenance team members
• provide technical support during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
