What you'll do

• Lead Annual Meeting logistics, including RFPs, vendor selection, contracts, and pricing
• lead site selection and contract negotiations
• coordinate with convention bureaus, hotels, vendors, and onsite teams
• oversee housing, food and beverage, audiovisual production, and infrastructure
• develop project plans and manage staff and VIP travel
• maintain operational policies and procedures
• prepare and manage budgets
• supervise staff, temporary personnel, and vendors
• contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
