What you'll do

• Manage a complex supply chain involving internal manufacturers and external co-pack facilities to deliver production plans against service and inventory targets.
• Lead and develop planners responsible for production plans, inventory strategy, and partner coordination.
• Identify risks affecting customer service, operating costs, or demand-plan support.
• Partner with growth-focused teams on new and existing projects.
• Serve as a primary contact for senior leaders and cross-functional partners on performance, roadblocks, and opportunities related to the supply plan.
