What you'll do

• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for assigned retail regions
• monitor store financial, production, labor, cleanliness, and safety goals
• conduct site visits and establish follow-up and accountability measures
• recruit, select, develop, and retain talent
• oversee compliance, loss prevention, safety, and quality routines
• analyze financial reports and manage regional performance and budgets
• supervise and develop Regional Directors
• resolve workplace conflicts and elevated customer or staff inquiries.
