What you'll do

• Complete initial psychosocial assessments
• provide individual and group therapy
• develop resident behavior plans
• recommend behavioral and therapeutic interventions to nursing-home staff
• enter clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
• and travel daily to skilled nursing facilities.
