What you'll do

• Prepare rent increase submissions and annual operating budgets
• monitor budget compliance
• review files for regulatory accuracy
• oversee resident certifications and recertifications
• supervise, train, and develop site and maintenance staff
• visit sites weekly
• conduct resident meetings
• prepare resident handbooks
• sign leases and renewals where required
• oversee subsidy billings
• monitor compliance reviews and corrective measures
• report building status to owners when applicable.
