Job overview

Compensation is $62,700–$70,400 per year. The Part-Time Therapist, Youth Crisis role is onsite in Denver, CO, with a Saturday and Sunday schedule; for the part-time schedule. Jefferson Center's Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit provides brief crisis stabilization treatment for children and youth and coordinates support for their return home and to the community. The therapist assesses and treats youth in crisis, coordinates care and discharge planning, and works with families, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team to support safe transitions and effective treatment.

What you'll do

  • Conduct clinical interviews and develop treatment plans
  • oversee assigned treatment services
  • provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • coordinate discharge and transitions to community resources
  • collaborate with case managers, families, referral sources, and professionals
  • maintain clinical documentation
  • attend staffings and trainings
  • and consult with milieu staff on clinical issues.
