The Travel Registered Nurse, PCU role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, on a 13-week assignment with night shifts of three 12-hour shifts, 6:45 p.m.–7:15 a.m. Compensation is $2,062 per week; an eligible housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week is also described. VitalHire is staffing an acute care hospital assignment. The nurse provides care to patients on a mixed-acuity progressive care unit, including PCU and medical-surgical/telemetry patients. The role supports patient monitoring and care delivery, with floating to like units required.

What you'll do

• Provide registered nursing care in the PCU
• float to like units as required
• care for a mixed-acuity population including PCU and medical-surgical/telemetry patients
• work within the stated target ratios of 1:4–5, with possible 1:6 ratios in extreme situations.
