What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and sanitize china, glassware, and silver
• return clean items to proper storage
• wash and store pots, pans, and utensils
• sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors
• remove garbage from food-and-beverage areas and maintain the back dock and dumpster area
• assist with food storage and rotation
• perform other assigned tasks.
