CNC Machining and Fabrication Specialist

The CNC Machining and Fabrication Specialist position is onsite in Raynham, MA. Pay is $30–$45 per hour. The role supports Atlantic Fenestration Systems’ commercial door fabrication operation by producing components for commercial doors, storefronts, and architectural glazing systems. The specialist sets up, programs, and operates a CNC profile machining center to produce precise parts to drawings and production schedules. The work supports quality assembly and production through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams.

What you'll do

• Set up, program, and operate the Elumatec SBZ 122/71 CNC Profile Machining Center
• perform routing, drilling, tapping, and machining to drawings and schedules
• verify dimensional tolerances and quality
• conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
• troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• collaborate with production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams.
