Senior Patient Access Analyst / Project Manager

The Senior Patient Access Analyst / Project Manager role is remote for qualified candidates in Texas or other U.S. states, with availability required during Central Time business hours. Compensation is $100–$120 per hour. The Wilshire Group provides consulting expertise to healthcare organizations in operational excellence, technology transformation, and revenue cycle performance. The role leads enterprise healthcare technology and operational transformation work involving Epic Patient Access. It coordinates project plans, stakeholders, workflows, implementation readiness, testing, go-live, and stabilization to translate technical requirements into effective operational solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate Epic Patient Access projects involving scheduling, registration, and referrals
• develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• collaborate with IT, clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and executive stakeholders
• provide expertise in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and/or Referrals
• assess current workflows and support future-state design
• manage risks, dependencies, resources, issues, and communications
• oversee readiness, testing, go-live, and stabilization
• facilitate meetings and report status
• support change management and adoption.
