Registered Nurse II, GI Surgery In-Basket

What you'll do

• Manage in-basket messaging for the GI Surgery patient population and respond in a timely manner
• provide nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• provide patient- and family-centered care and health teaching
• identify clinical priorities and initiate actions to improve outcomes
• maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development.
