What you'll do

• Maintain facility systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, basic carpentry, and wall and floor finishes.
• Respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, maintain aquatics equipment with basic pool-system knowledge, and report issues requiring professional attention.
• Perform snow removal and custodial duties as needed or directed.
• The listed schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with flexible evening hours of 1–9 p.m.
• or 2–10 p.m.
