What you'll do

• Greet residents and prospective residents
• qualify prospects, identify needs, and present the community
• answer telephone calls
• maintain show-ready offices, models, and amenities
• complete accurate paperwork and enter daily activity into the computer
• conduct market surveys and shop competitors
• participate in resident relations and functions
• accept service requests and route them to the service department
• provide customer service and follow-up.
