What you'll do

  • Provide individual and family therapy
  • formulate diagnoses and complete assessments and treatment plans
  • use evidence-based interventions and measures such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9
  • apply a Whole Person Care model
  • maintain confidentiality and timely documentation
  • coordinate with outside agencies and multidisciplinary teams
  • attend Children and Family Team meetings
  • manage crises and use de-escalation techniques.
