The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) — PRN role is onsite, providing care in patients’ homes in Brownsville, TX, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $50–$120 per visit. Varco Home Health provides one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The nurse assesses patients, develops and follows individualized care plans, provides skilled nursing services, and educates patients and caregivers. Monitoring progress and documenting care supports patient-centered treatment and continuity of home health services.

What you'll do

• Perform in-home patient assessments
• develop and follow individualized care plans
• provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication care, catheter care, and chronic disease management
• educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety
• monitor patient progress and update care plans
• complete timely, accurate documentation.
