The role maintains records, reconciles accounts, investigates discrepancies, and works with management and other departments on financial matters.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• perform bank and account reconciliations
• maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online
• prepare and record journal entries
• maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation
• assist with month-end and year-end close
• review transactions
• research discrepancies
• support financial reporting and accounting analysis.
