What you'll do

• Report to the housekeeping office at shift start, sign out a key, and return it at shift end
• open and close the department when the Executive Housekeeper is absent
• inspect assigned rooms and suites, including cleaning, stocking, and checking room equipment
• supervise Room Attendants and ensure missed or substandard items are corrected
• supervise Laundry attendants and assist with folding and maintaining par levels
• log missing items and maintain lost-and-found records, shipping or mailing claimed items
• report repair needs to Engineering and maintain work equipment
• protect guest safety and treat guests and coworkers courteously.
