The Maintenance Technician, Hospitality Properties role is onsite in New Orleans, LA, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. Redd Hospitality supports a growing portfolio of luxury hospitality properties in the New Orleans area. The technician maintains equipment and completes general property repairs and preventive maintenance to help properties meet guest and maintenance standards. The role coordinates with property operations and housekeeping and identifies when specialized contractors are needed.

What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance
• diagnose issues and perform property repairs
• repair or replace fixtures and address basic plumbing and electrical issues
• perform drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• hang and mount furnishings and décor
• perform basic landscaping as needed
• inspect properties
• coordinate with operations and housekeeping
• determine when outside contractors are needed
• respond to maintenance needs professionally.
