This work helps product, design, engineering, and QA teams reduce preventable rework and deliver usable product improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements discovery
• document business rules, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• analyze homeowner and builder workflows
• maintain a traceable product backlog
• facilitate stakeholder sessions
• partner with design, engineering, and QA
• support user acceptance testing
• assess requirement changes
• prepare release notes and user guidance
• use approved AI tools while protecting confidential information.
