What you'll do

• Provide preventive skin care, dressing changes, and wound care
• monitor resident turning and positioning
• document and communicate treatment of pressure ulcers to physicians and families
• make rounds with physicians as needed
• assess weekly nutrition and hydration for residents with Stage I–IV pressure ulcers and initiate additional nutritional intake as required
• maintain and restock the treatment cart
• follow infection control procedures.
