What you'll do

• Provide short-term classroom coverage across grade levels and subjects, and potentially extended coverage as needed
• implement classroom teachers’ lesson plans
• maintain classroom routines and expectations
• support student learning and a safe, productive environment
• and, when substitute coverage is not needed, provide instructional support, work with individual students or small groups, assist with supervision, or support school operations as directed.
