What you'll do

• Ensure life-safety systems and equipment are functional
• organize fire safety teams
• conduct fire alarm drills and maintain written critiques
• assist visitors and building personnel
• support access-badge checks and report suspicious persons or packages
• perform CPR, AED, and basic first aid if required
• and liaise with the NYC Fire Department during emergencies.
