Human Resources Generalist

Job overview

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Glen Ellyn, IL, with occasional meetings and events at off-site locations. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and routine employment matters
• assist with performance management, employee development, benefits, leave, onboarding, and offboarding
• maintain employee records and support compliance, reporting, projects, and communications
• manage assigned recruitment cycles from intake and sourcing through selection, offers, and onboarding
• source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and track recruiting metrics.
