The Catering Bartender role is onsite at the Historic Rice Mill and off-site venues throughout the Charleston area, SC. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. Good Food Catering provides beverage service for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special events. The bartender prepares and serves beverages according to event specifications, maintains a guest-ready bar, and provides responsible alcohol service. The role also supports event setup, replenishment, breakdown, and coordination with event and venue teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event specifications
• follow recipes and portion standards
• set up, stock, replenish, and break down bars
• monitor alcohol consumption and verify identification when necessary
• coordinate with event managers and team members
• follow safety and sanitation requirements.
