What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze delivery, warehouse, transportation, and other operational costs
• identify savings and implement cost-control procedures
• track delivery timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• audit delivery service provider and warehouse operations
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• manage partner performance
• prepare reports
• and supervise a small team.
