Medical Receptionist

The Medical Receptionist role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. CNY Fertility Center provides fertility treatments including IVF, IUI, and egg freezing, using a patient-centered approach to support people on their journey to parenthood. The receptionist coordinates front-office activity and communication with clinical staff to support patient safety, efficient workflow, and a high-quality patient experience. The role handles check-in, documents, payments, patient movement, and timely updates to nurses and providers.

What you'll do

• Check in patients for clinical appointments and procedures
• obtain consent forms and financial documents
• collect co-payments and balances
• track patient whereabouts
• maintain lobby supplies and cleanliness
• escort patients to designated rooms
• collect and promptly deliver semen samples to the lab
• assist clinical staff with room cleanup when needed
• attach incoming faxes to patient charts
• notify nurses and providers of arrivals and appointment changes.
