AI Coach – Quality Assurance

Job overview

The AI Coach – Quality Assurance role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $58–$63 per hour. The posting describes a six-month contract. The role partners with the client’s internal Testing Center of Excellence to expand AI-enabled testing and cross-skill teams. The coach accelerates adoption of Playwright and MCP, standardizes automation suite design, and helps non-developers understand and validate AI-generated test suites. The work extends the Testing COE’s capacity and supports consistent test quality across teams.

What you'll do

• Support Playwright and MCP adoption
• answer questions about configurations and failure modes
• create enablement content and hands-on exercises
• update curriculum as tools evolve
• standardize automation suite design
• validate test coverage
• partner with the Testing COE
• enable Scrum Masters, RTEs, and product owners to understand, review, and validate AI-generated test suites.
