What you'll do

• Maintain and sustain existing networks
• monitor voice and data networks for alarms and performance issues
• operate network analyzers, WAN test equipment, and simulators
• troubleshoot routine problems using scripts and procedures
• assess issue severity and initiate resolution or escalation
• document issues and corrective actions
• perform scheduled maintenance
• activate and deactivate network lines
• conduct first- and second-level problem determination
• coordinate with users and vendors.

Why this role
