What you'll do

• Oversee Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits/THD location walks, field observations, and daily business operations.
• Support the Technicians and address any customer concerns and related technical issues.
• Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians.
• Manage measure capacity, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth.
• Support store services programs by driving leads and measures.
