What you'll do

• Lead architecture staff, workload, reviews, and mentoring
• coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineering leaders
• establish and enforce Revit/BIM and documentation standards
• review codes and field conditions
• serve as Architect of Record and seal architectural documents
• manage primary client relationships
• prepare proposals, fee scopes, and schematic design presentations
• oversee project quality, profitability, and schedules through construction administration.

Why this role
