What you'll do

• Maintain resident charts and medical records
• assist with assessments and individualized service plans
• monitor assessment schedules
• document incidents and changes in condition
• check medication administration records and prepare requisitions
• enter orders and follow up on medications
• audit charts and medication carts
• supervise caregivers and support training with the Director of Wellness
• coordinate appointments and transportation
• monitor call lights and report concerns.
