What you'll do

• Assist guests with product recommendations, locations, requests, and special orders
• order products and supplies
• carry out deli/bakery operating policies and procedures
• schedule, review, hire, train, and develop associates
• maintain pricing, signs, merchandising, stock, product rotation, waste records, sanitation, food safety, and safety standards
• oversee guest service, case maintenance, cleaning, cooler and backroom conditions
• plan seasonal merchandising and period-end inventories
• meet department sales and financial objectives.
