The coordinator delivers and demonstrates devices, ensures proper fit, and educates patients and caregivers on prescribed use. The role supports patient access, appropriate device use, and satisfaction through in-home service and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain advanced pump benefits and out-of-pocket differences
• schedule and conduct product demonstrations
• take patient measurements and instruct on device use
• ensure proper sizing and fit
• educate patients on compression therapy, garment application, protocols, and therapy sessions
• explain rental agreements and financial responsibility
• respond to patient questions
• confirm appointments and prepare equipment
• coordinate orders and documentation with internal teams
• escalate patient concerns
• use translation resources when applicable
• comply with applicable regulations
• travel extensively within the assigned territory.
