What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
• foster safety and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements
• oversee preventive and condition-based maintenance as applicable
• ensure work orders are completed safely and on time
• lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• improve equipment uptime and reduce repeat failures
• maintain CMMS records, schedules, asset history, and spare-parts information
• coordinate planning and scheduling with production
• manage maintenance budgets and vendor resources
• support capital projects and equipment upgrades.
