What you'll do

• Review menus
• prepare and serve meals according to dietary procedures, portion controls, sanitation rules, and facility policies
• inspect special diet trays and requests
• help maintain the food production line
• keep food storage and work areas clean and organized
• assist with inventory and supplies
• report hazards and incidents.
