The Shift Leader role is onsite in Centerville, UT. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The role supports day-to-day operations at a Jersey Mike’s restaurant and helps deliver the brand’s customer experience. The role exists to lead assigned shifts, support crew members, and maintain food quality and service standards. It combines customer service and food preparation with coaching, training support, cleanliness, inventory assistance, and opening or closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts
• provide customer service
• prepare subs to restaurant standards
• coach and motivate crew members
• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe restaurant
• monitor food quality and operating standards
• assist with opening and closing
• support inventory and product rotation
• address customer questions and concerns
• support the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
