The Head of Contract Surety, Middle Market role is based onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with a stated base salary range of $250,000–$325,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility. What you'll do

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for middle-market contract surety
• attract, hire, lead, and develop the contract surety team
• draft underwriting criteria and risk assessment frameworks
