What you'll do
- Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments
- develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- monitor implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians and adjust plans based on progress data and stakeholder feedback
- supervise and train technicians and clinical staff
- provide parent and caregiver training
- coordinate with families, clinical teams, and external professionals
- maintain client records and prepare reports.
