What you'll do

• Track and analyze marketing KPIs, lead performance, cost per lead, conversion trends, budgets, and ROI
• assist with budgets and forecasts
• monitor performance and identify gaps and opportunities
• develop and execute growth and lead-generation strategies
• manage projects and vendor expectations
• recommend actions based on performance data
• collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership
• maintain KPIs, scorecards, processes, budgets, and accountability systems
• develop agency, media, and marketing partnerships.
