What you'll do

• Coordinate daily jobsite activities with the Construction Superintendent
• guide crew members and work alongside them
• maintain safety and quality standards and project schedules
• communicate safety requirements, assignments, training, performance expectations, and jobsite concerns in English and Spanish
• and direct the crew when the Superintendent is unavailable. Nationwide travel is required, with typical project rotations of four to seven weeks followed by approximately four to five days at home. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
