In-Home Caregiver — Post-Surgery Support

Compensation is $19.16 per hour. The role supports a client transitioning home from rehabilitation after surgery. The caregiver provides personal and daily-living assistance, supports bed-to-wheelchair transfers, offers companionship, and helps maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Drip- and shunt-related support is provided as directed by the appropriate medical team.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, and dressing
• help with bed-to-wheelchair transfers
• provide companionship and conversation
• support drip- and shunt-related care as directed by the appropriate medical team
• help maintain a safe and comfortable environment during the client’s transition home from rehabilitation.
