What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce senior management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
