What you'll do

• Direct and track employee education and competency certifications
• schedule and coordinate educational opportunities, in-service training, workshops, and annual training
• instruct or coordinate required ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC courses
• collaborate with the Quality Director, Human Resources, IT Informatics, department heads, and education partners
• support onboarding and orientation
• coordinate patient education
• implement education strategies for quality compliance.
