What you'll do

• Oversee facility operations and support programs and services
• perform routine maintenance and janitorial functions while facilities are open to the public
• complete preventative maintenance and provide shift coverage across the Marlboro, Franklin, and Hopedale facilities
• work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• support ice-resurfacing and ice-edging safety requirements.
